Grover San, has 22 years of experience in hands-on implementation of KAIZEN™/ Lean practises in a wide variety of manufacturing, service and agricultural enterprises. He pioneered the application of KAIZEN™/ Lean practises in Hotels and Large Agricultural Farms. Recipient of two ‘Client Management Awards’ from KI Global – 2004 & 2007. In 2011 – Commissioned KI’s first ‘LEED Gold Certified Office’ in Pune, India. Also, in the year 2011 compiled the book “KAIZEN™ ‘K’uotes for a KAIZEN™ Culture’. He led the development of Green KAIZEN™ - ‘body of knowledge’ & its’ application entitled ‘Total Environment Management’. During the year 2013, he received ‘President’s Award’ from KI Global in recognition for contributions to the KAIZEN™ world.

Prior to joining Kaizen Hansei, Ravindra has worked with Frost & Sullivan in their Manufacturing & Process Consulting Division and HDFC Bank Limited in Quality Initiatives Group. As a Management Consultant, he has assessed systems and processes across broad range of manufacturing and service clients including Metal, Automotive, Engineering, Cement, Process, Jute & Textiles, FMCG, Pharmaceuticals, BFSI, etc. on Manufacturing & Service Excellence and Sustainability frameworks. He has expertise in identifying and providing consulting solutions for the core business issues w.r.t Process Standards, Performance Standards, People and Practices. He was awarded with the Title of “Associate Fellow” in year 2016, by Frost & Sullivan. He is a Six Sigma Black Belt and Lean Sigma Certified Professional.
