Partner. Kaizen Hansei Joint Managing Director Kaizen Institute - India, South Asia and Africa.
Jayanth is one of the leading experts in operational excellence, and believes in pushing for a corporate culture focused on sustainable growth, profits and equity for all members of the organization. A Fulbright Fellow and an AOTS scholar, he says that we try to analyze “what our organization is” first, then make out what we have in mind for the future and, finally, how to reach that goal. Changes may be in two areas, so we add new investments, and what we remove, all to be more efficient. Lean focuses on the latter.

“Manufacturing strategy needs to be customised for each company, depending on the factors that impart dynamism to the Business Environment and more importantly, it has to encompass the supply chain issues too. Future readiness by way of futuristic technology has to complement on-the- ground efforts of capability building and review/monitoring mechanisms.”
